Eliot-Hine PTO

The Eliot-Hine Parent Teacher Organization is here to make middle school awesome—or at least as awesome as middle school can be! 

We raise funds & rally volunteers to support our students, staff & families with things like:

• Monthly student incentives.

• Field trips.

• Teacher appreciation.

• Support for students in need.

• Curricular and extracurricular materials.

• Community-building events for student, staff, & families.

Eliot-Hine PTO meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of the month.

We rotate between in-person and virtual—because we get it, life is busy.

Join our virtual meetings at the link here in October, December, February, April, and June. 

Our meetings feature real dialogue between parents and admin, speakers who actually have something interesting to say, and lots of fun!

Fundraising Committee // The Dream Makers

We turn ideas into reality—one fundraiser at a time! Poinsettia Sales, Basketball Fever, Arts and Sports Boosters, grants, and more. We find creative ways to fund the amazing activities our students deserve. Want to be a part of the magic? Join us.

We keep everyone in the loop! Whether it's updating the website, crafting newsletters, or running monthly meetings, we make sure ever member knows what's happening. Got a way with words or a knack for organization? Join us.

We're the ones who make sure teachers feel appreciated, caregivers feel connected, and our community feels like, well, a community! From coffee mornings to celebration events, we bring people together and make school feel like home. Love planning? Join us.

Academic Support Committee // The Success Squad

We're here to help every student thrive! From tutoring and test prep to getting 8th graders ready to ace those high school interviews, we provide the extra support that makes all the difference. Ready to see kids succeed? Join us.
